Hi again everyone!
I am so overwhelmed and thankful for each and every one of your sweet words, favs and friend watches, and I want to say how deeply sorry I am that I haven't been able to thank you all personally yet (But I will!). Words cannot express how much gratitude I feel, it's such an amazing feeling. So thank you thank you thank you!! *mass huugggggg*

I am so so happy right now, I got my first Daily Deviation and it's such an amazing feeling! I have been feeling very self critical of my art and myself in general and slowly been starting to snap out of it. I always been way too hard on myself and I think I finally came to a point where I have realised just how useless it is. Instead of feeling like I suck I should focus my time and energy on improving, feeling miserable sure won't change anything. Around 9 months ago I got my first computer, it was a brotherly abused little thing but it allowed me to start up my art and it made such a difference in my life. I always loved painting and creating but life happens and for reasons way too complicated to go into here I gave up on everything my soul needed and I didn't paint for ten years. When I got the computer from my brother I slowly started getting back into my art, little by little. I tried out photo maipulations and digital paintings for the first time. The joy was so complete, I had completely blocked out just what a part of me my art was and always will be. Now I feel myself improving every day, and the important thing is really not what I do, it's what I feel while doing it. I'm a beginner with so much but your heart tells you where you belong, and I belong here, in my own little dreamworld, creating my art, and smiling to butterflies other people can't see.

Before I finish this I just want to send a huge huge hug to all wonderful people that have been supporting and encouraging me. Coming in here new and doubting everything you are can be really scary, but I did it...and i'm not going back.
This place also introduced me to one of the most beautiful people alive, she's god sent, a rare jewel that put angels to shame. She's also the one that while reading this will sigh and think to herself "Oh god Jess, you're such a dork, stop embarrassing me and go hump a table or something" So just for that....Here she is!!
